This unit was designed for Three-Brush Rollover Wash Systems allowing above ground water storage. The RPW uses a 2hp pump, a centrifugal separator and a fresh water solenoid valve. An epoxy painted steel tank is fabricated to hold approximately 500 gallons of water as well as to support the reclaim equipment. The system is manually or continuously purged to a mud hopper, which overflows water back to the wash bay trench. A sump pump is then used to pump water from the trench to the tank. The RPW operates on 480/230/208 volt 3 phase,and can be used in conjunction with any standard wash system. This unit is identical to the RP unit except that it has freeze protection built in. This unit is primarily used with the Crown Model T-77 gantry as it interfaces directly with the program controls. It can be readily installed outdoors, and is intended for climates with occasional freezing temperatures.
