This water recycling system utilizes two 2hp self priming centrifugal thermoplastic pumps and two high efficiency hydrocyclone filters. It uses a timer system to filter water with every wash cycle as well as every two hours (user adjustable) when the wash is not in use. The RP-1 operates on 208/230/460 volt 3 phase and can be used in conjunction with standard brush gantries. It incorporates its own fused disconnect and connection is required between the gantry disconnect and the RP-1. The RP-1 is in an enclosed frame and can be placed outdoors if required. An ozonator is used for extremely effective odor control and the hydrocyclones filter 95% of the water down to 5 microns and are extremely efficient. Purging is automatic to a mud hopper which overflows water back to pit. The RP-1 has been used very successfully in the field for many years and is the recommended reclaim system for the T77.
