This water recycling system utilizes a 10HP, 50GPM self priming pump and up to 16 high efficiency hydrocyclone filters. It uses a timer setup to continually filter water to above ground cone-bottom tanks and force sediment back to pit. The RG-2 operates on 208/230/460 volt 3 phase and is typically used in conjunction with TX7 and TSP-14 gantries. The RG-2 can be placed outdoors if required and an ozonator may be used for effective odor control. The hydrocyclones filter 95% of the water down to 5 microns and are extremely efficient. The RG-2 has been used very successfully in the field for many years and is the recommended reclaim system for larger wash systems.
