Transco Industries is the oldest American truck and bus wash company in business today. Many other companies claim that they "invented" the gantry and two-step washing systems, when actually originally purchased these machines from Transco. Transco has built industrial wash systems since the late 1960's including drive through car, bus and truck wash systems as well as our patented C-500 internal trailer wash system. The "Rollover" gantry design originated in Europe several years ago, a company was formed in Detroit called Tamramatic which used this early technology to start the American tradition of gantry washing. Soon this company folded and was restarted by a company called Sunset Technologies in Naples Florida which updated the design slightly and built the standard 3 brush rollover. In the 1980's Transco absorbed Sunset and it's main employees to again redesign and improve the 3 brush units to become what we now call the T77. Transco then developed the touchless gantry 2 step system as in our TSP-14 as well as the combi system that utilizes the 3 brush system as well as the touchless capabilities of the 2 step system now known as the TX7 Combi. Since, Transco has gone through several design upgrades making our equipment far superior to the copies. As in other industries, there is no exception to experience.
